  •  4 Greek yogurt (for four people)
  •  100 grams of sugar
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla

1. This recipe for frozen yoghurt is really simple to prepare, get a delicious and fresh dessert in no time.
To start the yoghurt open and remove the excess liquid present in it.

2. Mixing in glass containers 4 yogurt, 100 grams of sugar and teaspoons vanilla. Stir with an electric mixer or stem until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
Test mix and adjust taste if necessary.

3. Once ready, pour the frozen yogurt mixture in a container suitable for cold and leads to the freezer. You should allow it to freeze for 2 to 3 hours, but every 30 minutes will require the removal of the mixture and stir with the spatula, this will cause the cream frozen and smooth.

4. When ready to serve it is advisable to remove ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before it becomes smoother and easier to taste. Serve with red fruits like strawberries, raspberries or raisins along with a sprig of mint for garnish, and enjoy the incredible taste of this delicious homemade yogurt ice cream.
